Work Faith and Keep Perspective.

Friends, I hope that as you work your faith this year that you also maintain a healthy perspective on what it should mean to achieve your goal, plan, dream.

I hope that you remember that all that you achieve serves purposes beyond your immediate existence.  You know that the external manifestations of “success” or “achievement” can be superficial and temporary if you don’t maintain a healthy sense of perspective.  Yes, you will and should relish in the experience of euphoria for accomplishing something that you dreamed about.  However, that achievement is much bigger than you.

You all, I know that working faith to achieve goals/dreams is about more than just me.  You see, others are watching.  They must see you achieve so that their own faith can grow and be strengthened. Your blessing, our blessing, becomes a blessing for them.  They see God at work in you!  Further, my friends, your manifested material accomplishment or blessing(s) is not only for you but also for you to be a blessing to others.  This is all the more for reason for us to keep a healthy perspective and to keep working our faith.

Remember to wear your mask; watch your distance; and wash your hands often.  Stay Safe.  Be well.  In Jesus Name.  Amen.  And, so it is.

All About the Work.

Friends, have you been all about the work this past week?  Conceiving and believing, leads to achieving!  Last week, I reminded you that you must put your faith in your vision, goal, self to work!

To achieve, you must plan your work and work your plan.  So what does the plan look like?  Well, that’s up to you!  Again, as stated last week, we must do something everyday to take us closer to our goal.  Some of us may need to draft or tweak our business plan or marketing plan.  For others, that work or plan might be attending a meeting, conference, or training.  Maybe your work is to follow-up on opportunities, proposals, pending agreements, or closing deals.  If your goal is to develop or strengthen relationships, then your work is to pick up the phone to make a call or send an email to that person.  Only you know where you are in your journey towards achieving your vision, dreams, and goals.

Listen, I, myself, have been “working the plan” and I see the progress.  I am exercising (again); I am connecting and maintaining connection with others; and I am tweaking the road map to my ultimate destination.  Faith without works is void of life! Friends, will you stay with me on this journey? Let’s be all about the work!

Remember to wear your mask; watch your distance; and wash your hands often.  Stay Safe.  Be well.  In Jesus Name.  Amen.  And, so it is.

Let’s Do It!

Hello everyone.  I hope that you are well on your way to achieving greatness in your business, work, and all areas of your life.  Remember, you must strongly believe in yourself and that good thing which you want to accomplish.  You know– operate in Faith.

Everyday we must do something to take us closer to our goal.  First and foremost, we must be able to see it, then believe it in our mind.   Many years ago I use to tag this quote to the end of my correspondence and talk show, “If your mind can conceive it and you believe it; you can achieve it.  Don’t just think it, Be it!”.  If my memory is correct, I heard the great motivator, Les Brown pronounce that mantra to his audience and followers.  What does it mean in simple terms?  Put your faith in that vision/goal/self to work!

Yes indeed, friends.  We must work, work, work, work, work.  It doesn’t matter if you are just starting, scaling, or going for the next level.  Every little step we take will move us closer to manifesting our vision.  Continue to practice and operate in Faith.  Let’s do it!  Also, remember to wear your mask; watch your distance; and wash your hands often.  Stay Safe.  Be well.  In Jesus Name. Amen.  And, so it is.

Faith

Happy New Year, once again, everyone!  I trust that you are still full from all the love that you received from your family and friends over the holidays.  If nothing else, we can certainly be thankful for that, right?  Twenty-twenty (2020) has undoubtedly been a year to remember or forget depending on your experiences.

Well, if you’ve been following my videos during the holidays, you heard me talk about Kwanzaa, an African-American cultural tradition, that begins the day after Christmas Day and ends on new year’s day.  The principle celebrated and practiced on the last day of Kwanzaa (the first day of the new year) is “faith”.  And, while it is referred to as a “principle” for Kwanzaa, biblically speaking, it is a spiritual power.  Faith, the ability to strongly believe in something that you hope for that has yet to happen or be seen.

Faith comes from Christ.  For example, in our humanness, it is difficult to believe that there is a God.  If you’ve never owned a car or no one in your immediate circle has, it may be difficult to believe that you can own one. You cannot see or touch it.  However, Christ and the Holy Spirit has given us that ability to have faith and faith in God.  Faith, the ability to trust and believe that God will keep his promises to us.   Faith, in practice, is to strongly believe that all the good which you set out to achieve will manifest.

Did you know every step you take towards achieving or reaching a goal, living a dream, it is faith in action?  Working towards earning a college/university degree?  Developing a new product, gadget, or idea?  Completing documents to launch your new business?  Improving your eating and exercise habits for better health?  Preparing yourself for Mr. or Mrs. Right?  Living a life pleasing to God?  Listen, you are practicing the spiritual power or discipline called Faith!

Friends, have strong faith this new year as you continue on the journey called life.  I’m cheering for you. Remember to wear your mask; watch your distance; and wash your hands often.  Stay Safe.  Be well.  Amen.  And, so it is.
