…is Black History Month; Heart Health Awareness Month; and the Love Month. Friends, I challenge you, this month, to do something to celebrate, acknowledge, raise awareness, and demonstrate each one.  Honor, support, and do something to advance the lives of black people.  Make healthy food choices and get proper exercise to maintain a healthy heart for yourself and talk to others about it.  And, finally, like never before, show and spread love.
